What You'll Do:

  • Monitor our queue and assess all incoming tickets to resolve actions, steps, and processes needed to ensure timely response to customer needs
  • Work closely with our Connectivity and Help teams to ensure tickets receive timely responses
  • Assign high priority tickets to Analysts
  • Triage and redirect tickets within established response time goals
  • Prioritize tickets based on the request type
  • Update case information accurately within the ticket
  • Close duplicate and spam cases
  • Responsible to run and distribute daily and weekly reports
  • Complete special projects as assigned
  • Establish a baseline understanding of Connectivity and Help functions
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of EG and TST policies and process
  • Utilize established business processes to ensure accurate and timely distribution of tickets
  • Collaborate with Ticket Coordinators and Leadership to ensure coverage during the times and days defined
  • Provide feedback on Salesforce ticket software that would improve time to triage tickets
  • Find opportunities to eliminate unnecessary work ticket movement between incorrect teams
  • Implementation of clear communication to peers, collaborators, and leadership
  • Build positive rapport and communicate appropriately with different personality types
  • Help to analyze and identify issue severity levels and follow appropriate procedures for various types of situations
  • Analyze and draw conclusions to bring efficiency to the business
  • Take on various tasks that require critical thinking
  • Demonstrates initiative to handle most tasks independently
  • Collaborate to ensure delivery of agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Who You Are:

  • Self-starter and natural problem-solver
  • Demonstrate MS Office skills, particularly Excel (pivot table/VLookup/VBA macros)
  • Windows OS navigations skills and knowledge of software troubleshooting processes
  • Demonstrate experience of learning new skills in a busy, demanding, and constantly evolving environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
