Duties:
- The primary task of the Customer Support Specialist is to provide technical support and assistance to customers with their hardware and software issues.
- Communicate with clients as needed: constantly on events and inform them of future changes.
- Work with supervisors and other departments to resolve cases quickly. • Customer protection to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Provide customers and potential customers with hardware solutions that meet their requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Communication skills: such as telephone skills, communication, active listening and customer service.
- Understanding of computer operating systems and common software applications. • Advanced understanding of computer hardware components
- Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing computer problems.
