Norm:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited university
- 2 years of similar experience
- Experience with bank estimates, AIA applications and labor cost budgets
- Strong computer skills; Knowledge of Sage Timberline software preferred
- real estate experience; Experience in a development company is beneficial
- Financial management experience is beneficial
