The Community Marketing Representative is responsible for generating dual Medicare sales in the Baton Rouge, Jefferson and Bayou areas. Create awareness of leads and charity plans by participating in, implementing and monitoring strategic plans that include community engagement, relationship building, sales seminars, outreach and public relations. He works with sales teams to identify and prioritize key agencies and community organizations that support the sales process and grow the health plan's presence. He develops and maintains favorable relationships with surrounding community organizations. This person will interact with assigned groups and individuals to promote company visibility and create a positive image of the company. Additionally, collects, analyzes and presents data on current and prospective membership, participates in the development of short and long-term strategies and targeted initiatives for community engagement and leadership development in their assigned geographic area, and plans and facilitates remote work, special events. and presentations to generate leads to support the health plan's sales and membership growth goals and increase awareness of the health plan's presence in the community. Coordinate event logistics including room reservation, catering, communication, material distribution, facilities support and coordination with marketing to promote events appropriately. It also ensures the availability of sufficient pre-sales or other related material for all participants in the sales or membership seminar. Adheres to the marketing guidelines of state laws and regulations. Defines CMS-defined transaction type and records transactions in CMS according to managed care marketing guidelines. Obtain leads (consent on contact cards, etc.) and ensure they are properly documented in the sales management system and make individual or group presentations to potential members.

- Demonstrate interpersonal skills; the ability to quickly establish and maintain reliable relationships at different levels of the organization at the same time. Strong organizational skills, creativity and a member-centric approach. Louisiana Department of Insurance and Medical Certificate Required Licenses.
Preferred Qualifications
- Must be able to travel in the New Orleans market. One year of Medicare or directly related experience
- Active healthcare license and CMS certification required
- Demonstrate skills and ability to develop community relationships with health care providers and leadership centers of influence in assigned area. Demonstrate technology literacy to support sales presentation and lead management. Strong communication and presentation skills.
