Responsibilities include:
- Ledger
- The Chief Accountant prepares financial statements, journals and working papers
- US GAAP
- Support control
- The senior accountant reports to internal and external parties
- standard
- A bachelor's degree in accounting is required; Advanced degree is a plus
- CPA Plus
- 3 years or more experience in accounting or auditing
- Real estate experience is a plus
- Experience in public accounting is beneficial
