The regional sales representative is responsible for the sale of wave and protection packages at the designated store. The representative must develop new sales and relationships with potential customers and maintain and grow existing accounts. The representative must maintain the highest level of professionalism and customer service.
Obligations
- New Business Development - Identify and secure prospects through cold calling, networking, marketing leads and other sources, qualify leads and secure new business.
- Make presentations and make proposals
- Sell and service existing accounts, maintain consistent and ongoing contact, and follow up with intact accounts
- The goal is to increase the volume of existing business accounts and improve margins
- Proactively manage client projects to ensure client needs are understood and met, including assisting with design, development and specifications, conducting factory trials and following up on client requests.
- Actively look for ways to reduce costs and look for alternative ways to add value to the prospect or customer
- Develop partnerships with customers and prospects at all levels of their organization
- You will gain an in-depth understanding of product offerings, production processes and pricing strategies.
- Work remotely with limited supervision or communication with management. We continue to be self-motivated and motivated to produce high quality results in the region
- Manage territory travel to optimize customer interactions
- Closely track market intelligence (best practices, trends, segmentation, competition, etc.) to develop and share across the organization.

Knowledge and skills
- The ideal candidate must have evidence of consistent and profitable sales growth with a focus on customer service, value creation and overall market awareness. Unicorr also wants to develop and train a highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills who is a recent undergraduate graduate or new to the industry and/or sales.
- Proven experience in successfully selling, opening and managing a portfolio of value-added products
- Strong track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives
- Demonstrated ability to look at problems, issues and needs from the customer's perspective and then use creative problem-solving techniques and a consultative selling approach to find appropriate solutions.
- Effective internal and external communication skills including oral, written, presentation and active listening

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of work experience in business is considered an advantage
- 2-3 years of industrial sales experience is beneficial. Bachelor's degree
- Ability to use MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid US driver's license
- Must be willing and able to travel to local markets to clients
