 This position is the first step in learning the entire process of managing, testing and reporting

01(k) plans. Through accelerated learning, in-depth training and hands-on experience, a retirement plan expert quickly progresses from document review to master plan administration.

You will review the documents submitted by our clients,  keep clients informed of progress and help the client understand the year-end reporting documents required to comply with government requests, including the annual 5500 return.

 what will you do

  •  Work with clients to obtain  information needed to prepare the annual report
  •  Check the completeness and accuracy of documents provided by customers
  •  Refine plans with only recycling and plan warehouses with Excel and management software
  •  Use management software to do
  •  401(k) testing and reporting
  •  Make outbound reminder calls and email clients during the plan year reporting process

 Prepare required

  •  401(k) plan documents, including  IRS Form 5500, using filing software
  •  Educate clients on managing their
  • 401(k) plans
  •  Additional features
  •  Share knowledge and explain complex topics simply
  •  Pension Plan Administrator Concepts I Training
  •  Performs other duties as required

  •  Must be 18 years old
  •  A professional or bachelor's degree in a similar field (business, finance, etc.) or similar work experience is considered an advantage.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •  Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
  •  Customer service, organizational and collaborative skills
  •  Sufficient mathematical and analytical skills
  •  Proficiency in  Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  •  Basic knowledge of
  • 01(K) plan structure, ROBS and IRS/DOL regulations preferred
