Main areas of responsibility
- Provide scheduled transcription support during work. Conduct quality reviews of transcribers' work products.
- Prepare and provide feedback for reporter transcripts and reviews.
- Act as a first-level source of information on quality standards and requirements. Adhere to established processes and service level agreements.
- Communicate with the quality team on the details and parameters of support levels for quality assessment, feedback delivery and engagement.
- Work in a variety of roles at an established production level. Monitor and provide data when requested.
- Provide transcription support for special assignments as assigned and business needs.
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to proofread and edit documents efficiently and effectively. Knowledge of court proceedings protocol.
- Able to manage concurrent use of software programs. Able to give feedback and instructions effectively and constructively.
- You can use MS Office applications professionally. Advanced typing speed of 60 WPM. Excellent written communication skills.
- Advanced English skills, including grammar, punctuation and spelling. Support service oriented and strong communication skills.
- Dedicated professionalism and quick and accurate response. Ability to maintain detail and handle work accordingly.
- You can work independently in close collaboration with a team.
- Excellent hearing and the ability to easily distinguish details and speakers from audio recordings.
