Full Jobs Description
Main function:
- Reviewing files created in Atlas to ensure accuracy related to billing and service delivery.
- Review client capital applications to ensure Sarbanes Oxley compliance, ensuring we have all necessary documents, proper signatures, etc.
- Work with Legal and Operations to ensure compliance with SOX Controls guidelines when creating new audit parameters.
- Collection, analysis and interpretation of data to monitor performance in accordance with established departmental and corporate service agreements. Participate in customer service team discussions to review identified trends and patterns
- Investigate and resolve event service outages. Maintain regular communication with internal business partners (operations, accounts payable, legal, file installation)
- Work on business support projects such as data integrity, customer audits, file summaries, expense breakdowns, billing breakdowns, etc. Analyze tracked defect data to identify trends based on customer, segment or specific data level results.

Qualifications/Selection Criteria:
- At least 2-3 rail experience is required
- Experience installing files is a plus
- At least 1-2 years of customer service work experience is considered an advantage
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in a resource/support group is considered an advantage (eg migration accounting, billing, A/P)
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Proven technical skills (eg Home Sales, Atlas, Microsoft Office) required.
- Ability to problem solve and manage multiple priorities is required
