We are looking for a Project Assistant to join our team, reporting directly to the company's CXO. Your passion for the industry and love for creativity will allow you to thrive in this energetic environment.
You will be responsible for managing presentations, research, sourcing supplier, budget, schedule and sample delivery schedule. The job can sometimes be heavy management, but it is far from boring. We will teach you a lot about the industry and develop you for your next position in the company. We want someone who fits our company values and has a lot of energy. As a Project Assistant for Immersive and Thematic Spaces, you will work with a team of passionate people creating unique and memorable experiences for clients across the country. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop in a challenging and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assistance in project research and development
- Helps create presentations for clients
- Manage project budgets and schedules
- Support in obtaining bids and suppliers
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and make suggestions when needed
