At Obsidian Financial Services, you are assigned a personal Area Manager. Your regional manager will help you structure the deal to get it approved and closed, with training, webcast videos and lots of marketing materials. I can't count how many times Quicken or UWM rejected a loan after we turned around, approved and closed within 10 days!

- Insurance and processing
