At Obsidian Financial Services, you are assigned a personal Area Manager. Your regional manager will help you structure the deal to get it approved and close, with training, webcast videos and lots of marketing materials. Insurance and processing:
- Close the loan from start to finish in up to 10 days. UW and close FHA/VA loans on our behalf with credit scores up to 550. Reverse Home Loans
- Commercial mortgages
- Hard Money and Fix and Flip programs
- NON-QM with Verus and Angel Oak where we can get UW and close under our name.
- No broker channel offers DPA, now you can go through our correspondent.
- Collect your down payment on a CD if you want. Charge the borrower, not yourself.
- Processing is done through a third party company. Where you can collect your payment through both lender and broker channels.
Compensation is not earned (ever)
- Payday within 72 hours!
- 1099 or W2 (if applicable).
- Loan officers make 200 to 500 BPS per transaction. No one can defeat us. Affiliate managers cancel your loan manager from 25 BPS to 100 BPS.
Your task includes:
- Comply with all company directives and standards.
- Ability to present clients and enter information for disclosure.
- Submit the complete file and proceed to the next contract.
- Communicate with processing and UW to close loans quickly.
- Proven ability to market yourself to the community around you is a HUGE plus!
- The ability to take direction and be a true self-starter is an advantage. We will help you as much as possible, but this is a rare opportunity and only as profitable as you make it yourself.
