Kforce is seeking a Marketing Product Manager for an enterprise client in Branford, CT. Summary: In this role, the Marketing Product Manager is empowered to think about the end-user experience and find ways to improve those experiences, resulting in better user engagement with services. The Marketing Product Manager works with Go To Market, Research, Finance and Engineering to identify the right opportunities and then works with Engineering to prioritize those opportunities on their agendas. This is a rare and unique opportunity to work across different groups and disciplines and create a customer experience that goes all the way.
Responsibilities:
- Collect ongoing customer data through multiple data collection methods and collaborate with research to better understand customer needs and experiences
- I create unique insights to train and inform internal stakeholders to prioritize and evaluate product opportunities
- Connect people and processes in the organization to influence, direct and/or drive improvement plans
- Manage experiments by coordinating multiple teams to effectively communicate your value proposition, target audiences and key product scenarios to stakeholders who support your ideas.
- Provide effective analysis of the investments made against the team's OKRs
- Provide timely updates (email, PowerPoint slides, etc.) to communicate the status of investments
- Provide verbal updates as needed as part of larger agency meetings

- Experience with product management best practices
- Know and test product maps
- Strong business sense and analytical ability and sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with others
- Independent self-starter
