Kforce has a client in Lakehurst, NJ that is seeking an IT Manager - WMI.

Responsibilities:

•  In this role, the IT Manager is the primary contact/interface/ liaison between Stakeholder management and support
•  Responsible for all Strategy, design, Planning, Development, and new enhancements
•  Responsible for documentation such as initial unit testing, TDS creation
•  Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external issues to improve products/services or process
•  Occasionally providing support backup for day-to-day operations
•  The IT Manager will manage continuous improvement projects within Supply chain, Returns and across business segments
•  Lead and represent development projects from startup to completion
•  Responsible for achieving project deliverables
•  Builds strong functional teams through formal training, diverse assignments, and coaching, mentoring, and other development techniques
•  As an IT Manager, this role follows company Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures
•  Other projects and duties as required/assigned

Requirements:

•  5 years of experience related to Manhattan WMI, technology, systems and processes, project consultation, UAT, Iseries, or other related experience
•  Experience in supporting, configuring, and developing in Manhattan WMI/WMO
•  Experience with the following MHE systems: Tompkins, Invata, Handheld devices and other peripherals in the Supply Chain
•  Entrepreneurial mindset highly encouraged
•  Ability to resolve complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist
•  Code compliance and governance experience
•  Experience as a Technical Solution Architect
•  Strong project planning and timeline management
•  Ability to coach, mentor, motivate and contribute to the professional development of staff
•  Ability to work with diverse internal and external constituents across business and functional functions
•  Ability to prioritize, plan and execute multiple short and long term projects, while meeting all deadlines
•  Strong ability to identify/anticipate opportunities, problems and road blocks, maintains a solution focused approach and develops plans accordingly
•  Excellent communication, negotiation, business partnering and writing skills
•  Ability to interact effectively as individual contributor or as a member of a team
•  Able to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
•  Experience Preferred:
•  Team leadership experience in a large, fast paced organization
•  Manhattan WMO
•  Experience with IBM MQ
•  EDI integration
•  IOT

 The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
