What you do:
- Train, build and successfully sell Yelp advertising programs through large overseas sales calls - this role is 100% phone based. Your task is to reach as many companies as possible. You will work one of the following schedules (according to your local time) or as otherwise assigned by your supervisor: 7:30 AM to :30 PM; 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; or 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m
- Own and manage a chain of customers from dentists to florists and restaurants - all organized in our CRM (Salesforce)
- Say goodbye to the dreaded shuttle! You and your team work from home to sell ads to local small businesses on a set schedule, Monday through Friday. Become an expert in Yelp advertising solutions and quickly adapt product
- recommendations to customer needs - asking research questions and overcoming customer objections and pushback is critical to your success. Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals - strong work ethic and tenacity are essential!
- Be organized and manage your time effectively to meet your daily goals - you know that sales is a numbers game and you are here to win.
What it takes to succeed:
- GED/HS degree and 2 years customer service experience OR;
- Bachelor's degree
- Not afraid of the phone
- General computer and email skills - we use Google Suite and provide a portable Macbook
- Work environment without distractions
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage independently without supervision
- You must have a valid US work permit
