Kforce has a client seeking an HRIS Specialist in Winnemucca, NV .
Responsibilities:
- The HRIS Specialist performs survey and troubleshooting adjustments to the UKG Ready system
- Create reports from the required data
- Manage and respond to employee emails
- Complete the UKG application processes
- Participate in the preparation of training materials
- Perform additional tasks as directed
- Answer and manage emails
- As an HRIS specialist, you will perform additional duties according to regulations
- Resolve questions about employee accounts
- Manage work independently
- Handle the ticketing system that manages the inbound workflow
- Join a 1:1 meeting

Norm:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3 years of HRIS experience preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
- Database management

- Must comply with HIPAA regulations
- Must have reliable transportation
- The ability to collaborate positively and favorably with customers (employees).

The salary range is from the lowest to the highest salary we believe in good faith we will be paying when this position is posted. We may charge more or less than this range.
