What are you doing with us?
- You will be responsible for monthly financial closes, preparation of financial statements, balance sheet analysis, weekly operating expense forecast and monthly running estimate.
- Interpret and communicate results to appropriate levels of management assessing trends in risks and opportunities. Develop and implement solutions to reduce risks and realize opportunities
- The trustee reviews internal controls to ensure compliance with required controls and processes. Work with bottling partners to ensure financial/control acumen.
- Provide financial leadership by identifying productivity improvement opportunities and analyzing/recommending projects related to productivity initiatives. This would include capital investment recommendations and analysis
- Provide strategic direction to the business planning and play a tactical role as needed.
- Produces and reviews completed analyses, which require the application of financial concepts and/or tools. Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field, MBA and/or CPA preferred 5 years of relevant financial experience in a large global company with manufacturing or supply chain experience preferred
- Strong organizational and planning skills, teamwork and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate and implement strategies.
- Change management leadership across multiple business functions and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Advanced financial analysis and problem solving skills - ability to explore strategic opportunities, develop creative solutions to complex business problems and/or support decision making.
- Perform analyzes that require the application of one or more financial and non-financial concepts and tools, such as NPV, IRR, discounted cash flow, loss forecasting and risk and exposure assessment.
- Knowledge of internal control principles
- You should be highly proficient in SAP, Excel and Access
