Kforce has a client seeking a Financial Reporting Manager in the Dartmouth, MA area to assist with 3-6 months on several key projects.
Main responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Flow analysis
- As the head of financial reporting, you review the accountant's work and provide feedback
- Prepare internal and external financial reports, including but not limited to consolidated balance sheet, cash flow statement and PandL.
- Continuously review and document the accounting and reporting workflow
- Ensure consolidated financial statements are consistent with US GAAP and IFRS
- The Financial Reporting Manager helps manage financial reporting controls related to process workflow and changes to accounting policies and procedures.
- Ad hoc funding requests
- Prepare monthly financial package and review financial information
- Both the journal entry and reconciliation review
- Reviewing the various analyzes required for the audit and assisting with audit requests
- Willingness to research and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams (FP&A, Retail Accounting, Treasury, Legal, etc.)

- Critical thinking is required
- Strong Excel skills required (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, SUM IFs)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking and the ability to see the big picture
- Team player/co-op
- Communication is key
- Ability to work independently, but not afraid to go into detail
- Nice to have:
- Management experience
- Experience from a larger company
- Oracle knowledge would help
The salary range is from the lowest to the highest salary we believe in good faith we will be paying when this position is posted. We may charge more or less than this range. Employee salary is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, position, location, activity, union and business needs.
