Salary: $85,000 to $95,000
Position: This role is a fully remote location requiring regular travel to all assigned store locations. The applicant must live in the zone but have complete flexibility within these limits.
Tasks and responsibilities:

- As a facility manager, you:
- Monitor repair and maintenance costs through regular visits and CMMS. Track the maintenance of up to 150 ALDI locations in your geographic area of responsibility. Collaborate with operations staff and management. Make decisions that directly affect facilities in your area

- Area: Baltimore, MD, Washington, DC, Richmond, VA, Virginia Beach, VA, Lynchburg, VA

- Associate's degree in real estate, construction, business or related field is required. We expect at least 5 years of work experience in real estate or construction. Or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge. An environmental safety and health safety certificate is desirable. Physical Requirements:
- The work is done in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used to complete tasks. Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another. Use the keyboard/mouse constantly and repeatedly. Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs. End the aisles of the store and reach the roof
