- Dispatches company technicians and local subcontractors to complete service calls.
- Processes and enters incoming job requests from clients.
- Communicate with service managers about offer and offer status.
- Enters information into the customer's interactive voice response ("IVR") and work order status.
- Tracks and communicates continuous service call updates from technicians to customers, including daily tasks, company orders, customers or features to order.
- Communicates with the company's purchasing manager to order parts necessary to perform the services and forwards material needs of the technicians to the purchasing manager.
- On-site coordinates must not exceed ("NTE") increments.
- Performs continuous triage of incoming service calls (throughout the day/week) to quickly process urgent work orders. If necessary, meetings with the client's contact persons to confirm the volume of work, arrival time and updates.
- Alerts customers throughout the day when technicians are behind schedule and provides updates on estimated arrival time.
- Responsible for working safely, both for self-protection and the protection of colleagues, supporting all company safety efforts. Other duties as assigned.
Education, experience and skills
- 1 year experience in similar or similar role. High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience in business maintenance. Ability to interact with a diverse client list. Able to provide a positive customer experience.
- Strong written, oral and listening communication skills. Able to communicate changes, make progress and listen attentively to explanations.
- Shows great attention to detail. Able to handle frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.
- Self-initiated, operating independently and controlling the quality of his work. He has passion, energy, determination, positive attitude and enthusiasm.
- You know the computer and Microsoft software. Ability to learn in-house software and client property management systems.
- Able to identify needs, remove obstacles and know how to get things done.
- Value the diversity of thoughts, opinions and people.
- He has good common sense and applied logic.
- Prior to employment, you must have or obtain an appropriate state driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
