As Product Design Manager for Marketplace, you'll use your passion to lead our design process, mentor your talented team members, and collaborate with other design, product, and engineering team leaders to create innovative experiences for all Marketplace products. - Aesthetic and Functional Innovation - You bring innovation to every project you manage by finding new ways to create unique designs that impact users.
- Team Management - When you lead a team of multiple designers, you need to be able to manage and resolve conflicts between individual team members and between different teams
- Leadership - You are a good leader who can provide clear feedback to your team members
- Deadline Management - Ensure team and project deadlines are met
- Provide leadership, guidance and mentoring for the product designer team. Provide thought leadership for various platform products.

- Bring deep design experience (frameworks, interaction patterns, prototyping, research).
