Your role in our mission
- This is a key position in Gainwell's commitment to helping clients achieve better health and human services.
- Provide expert answers to basic customer questions; escalates more complex cases to appropriate personnel as needed
- Use your skills to resolve customer issues, update account history, and interact with customers to ensure their questions or requests are resolved.
- Meet customer SLAs and consistently meet production targets
- Collaborate with team members, management and customers to resolve customer inquiries; train new resources in customer service processes
- Handle customer inquiries more effectively by reviewing and recommending changes to procedures and workflow
What we are looking for
- 2 or more years of customer service experience in any field
- Basic knowledge of assistive software, computer software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem solving skills to bring questions to effective resolution
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on written and verbal communication to respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Ability to understand your role within the team and identify the right stakeholders to consult with to resolve customer queries
- What should you expect in this role?
- You currently work from home and hope to return to the East Hartford office in the future
- Practices from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am. to :30 p.m
- Shift 8:30-17 after training Monday to Friday
