 Your role in our mission

  •  This is a key position in Gainwell's commitment to helping clients achieve better health and human services.
  •  Provide expert answers to basic customer questions; escalates more complex cases to appropriate personnel as needed
  •  Use your skills to resolve customer issues, update account history, and interact with customers to ensure their questions or requests are resolved.
  •  Meet customer SLAs and consistently meet production targets
  •  Collaborate with team members, management and customers to resolve customer inquiries; train new resources in customer service processes
  •  Handle customer inquiries more  effectively by reviewing and recommending changes to procedures and workflow

 What we are looking for

  •  2 or more years of customer service experience in any field
  •  Basic knowledge of assistive software, computer software and Microsoft Office applications
  •  Strong problem solving skills to bring questions to effective resolution
  •  Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on written and verbal communication to respond to inquiries in a professional manner
  •  Ability to understand your role within the team and identify the right stakeholders to consult with to resolve customer queries
  •  What should you  expect in this role?
  •  You currently work from home and hope to return to the  East Hartford office in the future
  •  Practices from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am. to :30 p.m
  •  Shift 8:30-17 after training Monday to Friday
