Main Responsibilities/Responsibilities:
Helps:
- Create recovery actions, including related proposals, that can win across all customer, contract and business performance parameters and organizational dynamics.
- Identify and assist all stakeholders (individuals, key people, teammates, workgroups, etc.) to create a differentiated offering that meets RFP requirements and customer inquiries. Identify customer issues/pain points through direct visits and open source documentation/environmental analysis research. Articulate team strategy, structure and select team members based on an analytical assessment of APTIM's strengths/weaknesses relative to client issues, SOW/RFP requirements and competition.
- This includes writing the Team Agreement Addendums that define the Team Scope, SOW and Business Agreement. Be directly involved in developing technical and administrative solutions that not only address customer issues and related win-win issues in the right way, but also achieve a win-win price. Integrate capture solution components into and across the correct proposal volumes/sections to ensure a cohesive and cohesive story when meeting RFP requirements.
- Write a compelling, concise and graphically communicative summary, even when not directly required by the RFQ, that leads the client to choose us on an analytical and/or emotional basis.
- This may require many iterations and adjustments as aspirations evolve and mature during the capture/proposal process/timeline.
- Collaborate with APTIM Contract Change and Project Manager to ensure smooth and complete transfer of proposal concept, ideas and strategies to contract functions. Performs additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to optimize profits
Undergraduate Degrees:
- Probable signs of success in capturing and managing offers. 10 years of US Federal Government services/solutions experience in support operations, contract project management, and collection and proposal management
- At least a bachelor's degree from an accredited year college/university
- Experience with services/solutions of US Federal Government contracting/procurement practices, contract project management, and acquisitions and proposal management.
- Ability to move effectively between leadership styles/needs from collaborative and inclusive to decisive and determined.
- Ability to lead/manage individuals to keep them focused on winning in the context of the bigger picture as opposed to individual operational perspectives and interpersonal dynamics.
- Willingness to be practical and work hard, including research, analysis and writing.
- A balanced skill base that includes analytical ability, creative intuition and common sense.
- Ability to sort, prioritize and concisely present large volumes of data, materials, etc. which is often confusing and contradictory.
- Ability to integrate all customer, contract, talent and business aspects of the proposition in a way that maximizes profit
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, e.g. at the administration's press conference.
