Maintain multiple client environments. Work 0 hours a week. Update and manage ticket inventory based on internal policies. Crisis Management - Identify the most important issues and move to the next level. Provide a customer-centric experience when using phones and email to manage tickets. Work seamlessly with the team and all departments of the company. Customer-centric approach. Effectively leverage your team's internal and external resources to help troubleshoot and resolve issues that may involve other technical engineers, account teams, or project managers. Provide solutions that lead to problem resolution or mitigation and high customer satisfaction. Able to listen, receive and follow instructions from senior engineers. Flexibility to be at the client's side and travel to clients' destinations.
Minimum:
5 years of experience in the field (eg information technology, etc.); or College Degree/GED with 3 years experience in related field; or AS/AA degree, BS/BA degree or certificate in related field and 1 year experience in related field. Excellent communication, presentation, writing and delivery skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Flexibility for alternate days and shifts if needed.
Example days:
- Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday.
- Shifts Example: day, evening, night
- MSP experience preferred. Basic Microsoft AD (password recovery, security groups)
- Core Network (IP address, Mac address, Layer 1 vs. Layer 2)
- Proficiency in computer, Internet and Microsoft Office applications.

- SD-WAN Management
- Advanced Networking - NAT, Subnet, VPN, Fortigate, vShield Edge
- Server performance monitoring
