Train and consult new and existing small business clients on services that support their long-term business growth. As a payroll, accounting, tax and other business services specialist at Guidanti, you provide solutions that save small business owners time and money. This includes launching, introductions, contracting and supporting the introduction of new services. Works with multiple departments to acquire customers through education and promotion of service offerings. In addition, you act as a contact person between the customer and the service delivery team.

what will you do
- Manage prospect/customer console to call, negotiate and close sales to meet monthly target
- Follow the prospect/customer pipeline to understand needs and barriers to create next steps
- Plan marketing campaigns to optimize sales and service communications
- Attend or lead training sessions to ensure competence and understanding
- Support business development activities that generate new leads
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings to discuss leads, opportunities and sales strategies
- Access weekly, monthly and/or quarterly reports that analyze successes and opportunities
- Attend Guidanti's ongoing training sessions to improve sales skills. Perform other duties as required
Norm
- 2-3 years experience in relationship sales with repeat customers
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Work experience in a telephone sales environment. A multi-professional who excels in a fast-paced role
- A skilled communicator who knows how to read his audience
- Well organized and detail oriented
- A team player
