Supports technical standards and testing of Sutter Health systems and applications. Performs basic technical analysis, support, implementation, communication and project coordination. Provides customer support with various tools to monitor and perform required functions. Provides basic support for applications and systems and raises issues as needed.

- Specialization: Education/experience in computer science, information technology or similar field
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- General information on collaboration in the development of processes and operating methods. Working knowledge and understanding of information technology concepts.
- Function effectively in environments where workloads change and change frequently, demands compete, and interruptions and/or distractions occur frequently.
- Set priorities that accurately reflect the relative importance of tasks and prioritize tasks to get work done on time.
- Analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures to identify patterns, trends, and relationships that lead to logical and objective conclusions.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with the public in all areas and levels of Sutter Health and with external organizations. The ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, fractions and decimals without the aid of a calculator.
- Speak clearly and clearly, using appropriate vocabulary and grammar to convey information and explain technical information.
- Focus on customer service that speaks to all actions and decisions.
- Work as part of a team or collaborate with colleagues.
