A Kforce client is looking for a Cashier in Columbia, Maryland, MD.
Responsibilities include:
- Investigate and resolve the highest enterprise levels and most complex escalated customer disputes, internal and external
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior management when responding to high-growth or high-profile clients from a variety of sources, including the corporate office.
- Ensures the quality and accuracy of invoices, all credit and approval requests, customer communications and quality control of the billing team.
- Act as an expert on strategic account calls and maintain ownership and strive for resolution in a professional and concise manner.
- Do extensive research on a strategic account from multiple sites
- Act as a team leader and subject matter expert for lower level billing representatives
- Act as a mentor to less experienced billing representatives
- Interacted professionally and with multi-functional teams corporate and external clients

- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong data entry skills
- Leverage knowledge of key finance and billing ERP concepts to rapidly improve the overall customer experience by analyzing, standardizing, streamlining business processes and internal billing controls.
- Effective communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Requires great attention to detail
The salary range is from the lowest to the highest salary we believe in good faith we will be paying when this position is posted. We may charge more or less than this range.
