HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
- The Card Operations Analyst is responsible for member (cardholder) and/or employer level implementations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The incumbent will coordinate with Member Services and Client Services for issue resolution, training opportunities and custom projects.
- Member (cardholder) and/or employer issue resolution through card processor system updates or PayFlex Help Desk tickets. Recognize trends and report to the Card Operations Manager.
- Handle custom employer setups and custom collateral in the card processor system.
- Provide Card Process Training for Member Services and Client Services teams.
- Request and administer custom reports and processes for specific employers upon request.
- Lead and/or participate in one time member (cardholder) level updates.
- Other duties as assigned.
