Working in our booking center, you will provide information about our PetSmart services, including pet hotel, grooming salon and pet training. In addition, you can:
Answer incoming calls from pet parents, help schedule appointments and answer any questions about our services. Ensure that all additional service options are confidently presented to the pet parent, including "why" the service would benefit the pet's experience. Answer each phone call thoroughly but efficiently and ensure that all information is correctly received by the pet's parents. Demonstrate effective problem solving and customer relationship skills. Communicate information to the pet parent clearly and accurately, in writing and verbally. If necessary, provide feedback to supervisors on processes and communication with customers.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- We provide training and information to get you comfortable in your new role, but we welcome you with the following skills and/or experience:
- High school diploma or a combination of education and experience
- Strong grammar and communication skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple systems simultaneously while answering calls
- Proven success in providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
- English language skills are required; England and Spain would be useful
- Perform at or above company expectations, including maintaining appropriate performance levels for personal speech, quality, sales rate, etc. Demonstrate regular attendance and adherence to call center schedules
