A Kforce client is looking for a junior Business Analyst with Salesforce and Quoting experience in the Greenwich, CT metro area. This is not a remote position and the candidate must be able to work onsite. Summary: This position gathers business requirements, conducts assessments, map process flows, capture data requirements, create user stories or develop functional specifications, supports communications and training, and acts as a change champion to ensure developed technology solutions support current and future business objectives. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily: demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; Collaborate with key internal/external resources; And participate in ongoing self-development.

Essential Functions:
- Business Analyst models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of company Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
- Gathers data, creates process flow diagrams, captures design interfaces, document solutions, identifies root cause to issues, analyze inputs and outputs, translate business requirements into specifications, maps traceability from business need through requirements to test cases, and creates readable and functional documentation
- As a Business Analyst, you will integrate with operational and other support departments as well as third party customers and vendors to achieve departmental, enterprise, domain and Program goals and objective; Evaluate requests for application modifications and enhancements to identify and reduce the impact to business and integrated systems
- Remains up-to-date and current on developing business and technology trends as they pertain to business systems and enterprise goals, objectives, and directions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of work experience
- Obtain Salesforce Business Analyst Certification within 12 months of hire
- Basic qualifications up to 2 years of business analysis experience with a focus on company systems
- Minimum 1 year of technical business or functional analyst experience and demonstrated ability to see a project through from beginning to end including the creation of business requirements and formal documentation during the solution development life cycle
- Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and interpersonal skills
- Preferred Requirements:
- Hands-on and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce (i.e., Sales Cloud, FSL, CPQ, Service Cloud, CRM, Marketing Cloud), including the ability to do simple Admin tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
- Experience with workflow design
- Basic understanding or experience in heavy equipment dealership sales and quoting operations
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may charge more or less than this range. Employee salary is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, position, location, performance, union and business needs. This area may be changed in the future.
