The PBWM Ops Spec I is responsible for reviewing customer information and documents for new account opening, closing, and account maintenance, ensuring proper control and privacy of customer information. The Specialist reviews and updates information on depository systems in accordance with the USA Patriot Act and other applicable federal regulations, state laws and internal policies and procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Checks accounting documents for completeness and accuracy and follows up on exceptions
- Scanning and indexing of documents into the bank's document storage system
- Daily report review
- Identifies and highlights non-routine problems and exceptions to management
- Perform account and customer care in the core system and CRM system
- Conduct research based on surveys of our business partners and customers
- Assists with other tasks within the group as needed

Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in banking, preferably in retail - BA/BS Plus
- Ability to learn and use different systems and techniques.
