At the Pan Atlantic Foundation, we bring the world to your community through an international high school exchange. We want to increase the cultural understanding of the local community by working with international teenagers. This is a part-time job that you can easily do in your spare time to earn some extra money and most importantly, give an opportunity to make a difference in the life of an international teenager. A Regional Representative is an independent contractor role, so it allows you to keep any full-time position you already have.

Responsibilities and duties:
Responsibilities
- Professionally represent the Pan Atlantic Foundation in your community
- Find host families, maintain relationships with schools and increase public awareness of exchange students
- Refer to the host family's website to complete an online application: www.iwanttohost.org
- Complete a home interview about host family and reference check
- Transfer before student arrival orientation through the host family
- Monthly check-in - call or visit the Host Family and the student once a month and document online, log in to the school every semester

Personal requirements
- You must have a computer and internet connection
- You must have a genuine interest in working with teenagers and families
- You must be mature and able to remain objective
- Professional in appearance and demeanor
- Good counseling skills will be very useful in this. work
- Must be critically attentive and objective with potential clients working with host families
- Must be at least 25 years old • Must be well networked in their community
- Sensitivity, insight and passion to create global understanding across cultures.

$1,000 per academic year student internship, $800 per semester student
